About the property

Beach Resort 312 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

This spacious unit sleeps six, features two full bathrooms, dedicated beach access, and an amazing resort-style pool.

Like all good friends, Beach Resort 312 won’t get jealous if you decide to spend some time away, after all the beach is only steps away! Plus, a paved walkway that winds past Beach Resort’s southern side leads to restaurants, beach shops and bike rental places. Or take a very short car ride and you’ll discover outdoor malls, movie theaters, golf courses and lots of entertainment for a rainy day.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No pets allowed.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

the views are great, we loved sitting on the patio and listening to the water feature.

This was our 2nd time at Beach Resort 312. We love the area and the amenities. We had an issue with the refrigerator and Newman Dailey helped us out quickly. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. We are going back again next year but are going to stay in the 5th floor, the views will be amazing! Go to Kenny D’s for food and karaoke! So much fun!

familys favorite place to stay!

This a great resort. It's our 3rd time staying in this resort and we have been pleased with all three condos. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is awesome. It's my family's favorite place to stay in Destin!

we had a wonderful stay at beach resort 312!

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic and the beach service is a must have. We have been staying at the Beach Resort for about 20 years and it’s a pleasure every time! Newman-Dailey had excellent communication throughout the stay.

loved this property

Loved that the property was low rise and felt very family friendly and quiet. Great zero entry pool for the kids and enjoyed the reserved beach umbrella and chairs.

newman-dailey saved the day!

After another host cancelled our reservation in another unit in this building 2 days before our arrival, AIRBNB worked quickly to find us this unit that was available the same timeframe. The unit was lovely!! The condo was so inviting, clean, and the host was awesome. The location can't be beat, and the pool area is beautiful. Something for everyone. They say everything happens for a reason and this case I'd have to agree! AIRBNB and Newman-Dailey saved the day for our vacation in Miramar Beach.

Had a great time, pools were well maintained. Property landscaping was very good, some of the nicest in the area. Short walk to private beach, great beach service. Parking was easy to access. Would definitely return.

wonderful experience

Beach Resort is a wonderful place to stay. The condos are very clean and spacious. The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful beach access. We have stayed here and will be coming back. Newman-Dailey is wonderful to work with.
