Beach Resort 201 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

This spacious unit sleeps six, features two full bathrooms, dedicated beach access, and an amazing resort-style pool.
The splish-splash of the fountain outside on the pool deck and the echo of the waves meeting the shore drench each inch of this Destin, FL vacation rental in a relaxing aquatic melody. Not only does Beach Resort 201 overlook the pool deck but it also has deeded beach access.
Play in the surf, grab lunch at one of several nearby beach restaurants and then head less than a mile either east or west for some epic shopping and entertainment at either of Destin’s two outdoor malls, Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays

we have stayed at beach resort many times and find it to be very comfortable.

Ample parking and the property is well maintained. Newman-Dailey seems to run a good organization. We have never had a problem with renting or if we had a problem, quickly resolving it.

the beach service is one of the main reasons to book this room

Great location, short walk to the beach. Close to a great happy hour at Captain Daves. Beach service is a great added amenity.

the beach resort property is wonderful.

We stayed in Unit #201 and it was perfect for my husband and myself. The location is convenient to the beach and also is quiet and safe. It was wonderful to have the chair and umbrella service, and the beach respresentative was very pleasant and helpful. The unit itself was clean, the pool area is also very well maintained and manicured nicely. It is a great area to walk around or just sit and relax. We enjoyed our time at Miramar Beach area and would recommend renting from Newman-Dailey Resort Properties.

the condo was nice and looked well maintained.

We loved having a garage parking space. Especially, being a single car. Didn't have to worry about door dings. Thanks for renting it. My wife and I truly enjoy staying at Beach Resort. It is very convenient to most places we like to go. Eating, shopping, and or just visiting. We have never been disappointed with any of the condos we have rented, either. And Newman-Dailey is easy to work with. We look forward to our next visit.

great stay for family of 4

My kids loved the bunk room. Easy entry and access to pool. Kitchen equipped with basic necessities for vacation. Pool was nice and clean daily. Easy walk to beach gated access (gate just past the white condo building- we had to ask a resident which gate) 5-7 minute walk. Gate entry places you at beach chairs that come with stay. We chose to park in lot vs garage due to assigned parking spot being on opposite side of our condo which seemed odd to us. Easy access to 98 for shopping, restaurants and fun!

Beach Resort is a wonderful place to stay. The condos are very clean and spacious. The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful beach access. We have stayed here and will be coming back. Newman-Dailey is wonderful to work with.
