The property was Phenominal! the pictures displayed on the website does no justice for what you encounter. The property is absolutely is gorgeous the ambience is stellar. The property (Nineteen Ninety Eight) was private and secluded it was the perfect property for an anniversary trip. I would definitely come back and recommend this property for any occasion. Loved Newman Daily's hospitality Lived the property. Beautiful Stay!

the gulf view was outstanding, getting to the beach from the room was easy.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We used it for a family vacation and it worked great. Once we memorized the gate and elevator codes it was a breeze. We also felt very safe.

great place with beautiful views.
So close to everything. Walmart is a 3 minute drive. You can walk across the street to the souvenir store to get ice cream or the sun block that you run out of. The building is close to the water so you don’t have to walk so much or go down any stairs to get to the beach. I liked that there is a public restroom at the beach next to the condo building, which makes it perfect for those beach day beer drinking days or having to take the kiddos to the restroom frequently. Location and the beautiful views are why my family and I will consider staying at this place again in the future.

we loved our stay here, and definitely would like to come back and stay here again!
First, it was so easy to check-in. Everything was very clean, lots of towels. Huge windows, so every morning you wake up, there is a stunning view of the ocean. Location couldn’t be any better. We loved the fact that the beach is private and not crowded. It was a a very relaxing vacation. Felt comfortable as home, but luxurious with the amazing location and views. beautiful condo
We had a wonderful trip with this beautiful condo! The only problem is the lack of parking which was explained to us before prior to arrival. They also provided a list with other overnight parking availability off site. Condo came with 1 parking spot for 7 people staying, which was hard but we managed. Overall besides that one thing it was absolutely wonderful and amazing and will be back again!

pictures just don't do this place justice.
The condo and view were beyond gorgeous. Everything you could possible need is available in the unit. It's nice they provide chairs and an umbrella for beach service but it would be nicer to have lounge chairs in addition to the basic beach chairs. I would also prefer to bring my own tent/umbrella for optimal shade but rules are the rules. Loved how close the unit was to all of the restaurants and activities. We loved it so much no one wanted to leave and we're already planning for next year.

This was a beautiful condo with the perfect location and incredible view. The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of time out there. We also spent time at the pool, which was small but not busy at all during our stay. Parking was easy and convenient (we only had 1 car). Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels provided. The 'starter pack' easily lasted for our 6 day stay. Newman Dailey reached out appropriately to make sure everything was OK and to let us know about a fire alarm test ahead of time. All in all we had a wonderful trip and plan to return.

amazing view and great location
The view is truly amazing from this unit. Pool on the rooftop can be a bit windy and parking stalls are tiny but management company was very attentive and checkin/checkout was super easy.

wonderful condo
My family had a wonderful week celebrating Christmas in this beautiful condo. Everything was top notch and anything and everything we could possibly need was there. The nugget ice maker was a happy bonus as was the wonderfully decorated Christmas tree. Everything was thought about for their guests. I'm already looking forward to next year!!

Condo unit excellent. Views are outstanding. Crowded beach a bit of a negative. Common areas were under construction — so tough to assess them.
