Jade East - Post Isaias Update

Update 10/11/26: Jade East Towers is reopening today, however, the pool remains closed and beach service has been suspended.  Newman-Dailey Resort Properties management office is open; however, phones remain down.  

Trees, power lines and traffic lights are down, and drivers are asked to reduce speed and use caution.

If you were scheduled to arrive during the storm or this week and purchased Red Sky Travel Insurance make a claim by visiting https://trippreserver.com/ or call 866-889-7409. If you did not purchase travel insurance, our team will provide you with your options. 

If you are scheduled to arrive today or Monday, our office will be sending a text regarding your scheduled arrival. Since our property is deemed safe and inhabitable, we want you to come and enjoy your stay. 

Please keep in mind that the Destin area is still handling clean-up and recovery. Property pools remain closed, but we hope to reopen soon. Beach service has been suspended and the beach still has storm debris.

Beachgoers are encouraged to heed beach warning flags. Double red flags continue to fly along our beaches, advising beachgoers that the water is still closed for swimming due to debris and potential for post-storm rip currents that can create dangerous situations for swimmers. As we receive updates and determine which restaurants are back online, we will post them here.
