With cool green walls, and a large mirror to reflect the Gulf’s natural hues coupled with comfy furnishings to snuggle in for a movie or just relax in the living room, this beautifully decorated condo makes a great home away from home at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and a breakfast bar. The kids will love the hallway bunks and their own bathroom. While mom and dad will appreciate the private bedroom and large glass walk-in shower in the second bathroom.

In addition, when you stay at Pelican Beach Resort you’ll have access to a breadth of resort amenities, including the exercise and fitness centers, tennis courts, a video game room, three adult pools (gulf front, lakefront, or indoor/outdoor), a shallow kiddie pool and two spas. Gas grills are provided near the pool area at Pelican Beach Resort and in season, families can enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront tiki bar.

NEW FOR 2023! Pickleball court lines were painted on one of the two tennis courts at Pelican Beach giving guests a new opportunity to enjoy the world's fastest-growing sports. Courts are available on a first-come basis. Also NEW, Pelican Beach Resort has added two new EV chargers. Located on the upper level of the parking garage next to the Conference Center pedestrian bridge, the EV chargers provide an added convenience for guests with an electric vehicle.
