Free Fitness Classes at the Market Shops For Your Destin Vacation

The Market Shops will host free weekly fitness classes on the lawn beginning Wednesday, May 2, 2018, through Monday, July 30, 2018. Free Fitness on the Lawn will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The classes are free to attend and open to individuals of all fitness levels. Classes include: 
 
Monday – Slow Flow Yoga with Dannica Marie 
Wednesday – Buti Yoga with Katie Truax 
Friday – Bootcamp with Cayce Collins of Encore Fitness
