I wanted to take a moment and compliment your staff and company. I cannot tell you how impressed we have been with our entire vacation experience. From the initial call I made to our check-in to our check-out and finally the special mailing of the item my daughter left behind, all of it was FIRST CLASS. In today’s world it is really hard to find people who are customer oriented and your team was just that. Our rental house (Sunset Dreams) was just perfect for our family vacation. From the toys provided to the well-stocked kitchen, we lacked for NOTHING while we were there.

When I realized my 6 year old had left behind per prized sea shell box I was fearful for how she would take it. The box was a special gift given to her by her grandmother that she brought along specifically for shells. Your staff located it and shipped it to me without a blink of an eye. You just don’t find that these days. The pure delight in her eyes when she opened the box and got her shells was priceless. She picked flowers to send but they, of course, wouldn’t make this mailing. :o)

When we travel in the future, Newman-Dailey will be the first place I look for a rental home. We travel once a year for a family vacation and will be visiting your properties again.
