Jerry Bielawski Earns 2012 Top Honors by Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Real Estate Division

Jerry Bielawski earned the "2012 Top Producer Award" by Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Real Estate Division. The annual award recognizes the real estate agent who lists and sells the largest volume of properties within the calendar year.

Bielawski achieved top listings for the fourth quarter, top sales and listings for the third quarter, top sales for the second quarter, and top listing agent for the first quarter which contributed to his overall achievement of the highest volume of sales and listings for the year.

Bielawski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central MichiganUniversity and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from MichiganState  University. Following a rewarding career with Dow Chemical in sales and marketing, he moved to Destin.

"I came to Newman-Dailey because of Jeanne but quickly found that I enjoy working with the entire team as well as the benefits of having multiple divisions within one company," said Bielawski. "It is nice to be able to help clients find a place to stay while they are  looking for a property to purchase. Once a purchase is made, we refer them to our property management division to place their home or condo on our rental program. Newman-Dailey also honored Colin Kirkwood, who was recognized as "Top Sales Agent for the Fourth Quarter.”  He was also the top listing agent for the second quarter. Colin started his first company, Better Lawns & Garden, Inc. in 1995 and it grew it into one of Central Florida’s most respected and well-known landscape contracting firms.  In 2004 he started his second company, BLG Environmental Services Inc., a disaster recovery firm. Colin has a strong interest in Real Estate.  He bought his first investment property when he was 18 years old, and has continued to buy and sell in both up and down markets building his investment
portfolio.  With this knowledge he has a great understanding of property value and how to negotiate the best deal for his clients.  He has settled in Destin to pursue two of his passions: real estate and fishing. Colin has strong work ethics and market knowledge.
