San Remo 203 and 303 - Window Wednesday Double Feature

We had so much fun last week with our Window Wednesday Double Feature, we’re going for round two. Since good things come in pairs, today we’re featuring two condominiums at San Remo on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. This four-story condominium complex on picturesque County Road 30A combines nature and comfort. The complex includes a large seasonally heated pool with spa, sprawling decks, a lake with fountain, grilling area and exercise room as well as easy access to the area's sugar white sand beaches. 

San Remo 203 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium with a bunk room that can sleep up to six. Viewing the enchanting Gulf of Mexico from a private and spacious balcony and surrounded by European décor, guests are welcomed to life on the coast. Tile floors, granite countertops and a whirl pool bath show attention to detail amongst many other upgrades. This fashionably designed unit has all the conveniences of home including a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen including an ice maker and dishwasher. And nothing compares to its location overlooking the pool and spa, a spectacular fountain and of course the glistening emerald waters. 

Upstairs, San Remo 303 also offers two bedrooms, two baths and a bunk room with a bunk and a trundle bed. Resting on the third floor, San Remo 303 features expansive views and Tuscan inspired décor. The granite countered kitchen opens to the family room and the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Two comfortable bedrooms, including master suite with a Jacuzzi bath provide comfort and relaxation.

Nearby, Gulf Place Town Center features restaurants, shopping, an artist collective and amphitheater for local events. The Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club a little further down 30A features the only golf course with a Gulf-fronting hole. The club's restaurant, Vue on 30A, overlooks the beach and features celebrated Executive Chef Giovanni (Gio) Filippone. Chef Gio has appeared on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen and recently returned for a second chance at claiming the title. If beer is more your style, the Growler Garage features more than 40 craft beers on tap to be filled in "growler" bottles as well as wines by the bottle.
