Newman-Dailey Real Estate Agents Ranked Among Top 15% on the Emerald Coast

Newman-Dailey consistently ranks among the top 10% of real estate companies on the Emerald Coast, according to the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® (ECAR) Closed Sales Summary Report, and Newman-Dailey recently learned of a another achievement. Five of Newman-Dailey’s real estate agents are now ranked among the top 15% of real estate agents along the Emerald Coast. This is no small achievement when you consider that ECAR is made up of more than 3,200 REALTOR® members. We are proud of our hard working team and we wanted to recognize them individually. Here are Newman-Dailey’s leading five real estate agents for 2016:

Diane Green (Top 6.5% of EC REALTORS®)

Diane Green is on fire! She earned Newman-Dailey’s top sales and top listing agent of the year for 2015 AND 2016. Green’s success is directly attributed to her 35 years of experience coupled with her industry certifications, including Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) as well as short sale and REO (bank-owned properties) certification. Jerry Bielawski (Top 6.6% of EC REALTORS®)

Jerry Bielawski is another longstanding REALTOR at Newman-Dailey. He is in the top 6.6% of all agents on the Emerald Coast and it is due to his commitment to his clients to exceed expectations.  Bielawski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Michigan State University. Following a rewarding career with Dow Chemical in sales and marketing, he moved to Destin and began a successful career with Newman-Dailey, where he’s been a regular on the top producers list. Shannyn Stevenson knows the Gulf Coast. After moving to the Emerald Coast in 1980, she has been an active member of the real estate community since 1999. Heather attended both Georgia Southern and Georgia State Universities with an emphasis in finance and real estate. In 2008, she began her real estate career in Atlanta with a local commercial sales and leasing company. Moving to Florida to be closer to family in 2009, she began her career in residential real estate and was quickly awarded Rookie of the Year.
