Halloween Happenings in Destin, Florida

Halloween Fun at AJ’s in Destin

Located along the Destin Harbor, AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar features ghostly fun throughout the night. From 4-6 p.m., kids are invited to come in costume and enjoy a free meal with purchase of any adult entrée. At 8 p.m., New Orleans-based Flow Tribe will take the stage to perform live. After 10 p.m., the Bimini Club upstairs will host the Adult Costume Contest with contestants competing for $250 in cash and prizes.

Spooktacular Halloween at the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin 

For family-friendly Halloween celebration, the Village is the place to be for a spooktacular Halloween. From 6- 8 p.m., trick or treat through the streets and visit Village merchants for treats. A DJ spinning frightfully fun tunes will perform from the main stage while kids enjoy face painting, balloon animals and crafts. Stop by Coconut Kids in costume for a free face painting and get your picture taken for the social media costume contest. At 8 p.m., families will be treated to a special fireworks display over the lagoon. 

Halloween Beach Dance Party & Costume Contest at The Bay 

Located at the foot of the 331 Bridge, The Bay is featuring a Halloween Beach party. Wear your best costume to the Bay compete in the costume contest. From 5-7pm, The Bay will host a kids costume contest with great prizes and candy for entrants. There will also be fun Halloween-theme foods for kids, including spaghetti brains and halloweenies. From 7-10pm, adults are invited to participate in the adult costume contest. Everyone will enjoy the beach dance party with DJ 30A.
