Destin vacation rentals are popular according to a recent study by TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals recently released a list of the nation’s most in-demand cities in the United States for vacation rentals based on the number of properties booked last month. Destin, FL ranked number one followed by Myrtle Beach, SC; Gatlinburg, TN; Ocean City, MD and Las Vegas, NV.

TripAdvisor outlined 13 areas in which the demand for vacation rentals exceeds supply. The study shows that sunny Florida leads the charts with four of the most in-demand destinations located in the sunshine state. Destin led the pack in traveler interest with 70 times the number of booking inquiries for Destin as compared to the national US average.
