St. Patty's Day 2013 in Destin

St. Patty's Day Weekend is upon us and we're feeling the luck of the Irish here in Destin, Fla. with lots of fun events for the entire family.

On Sat., the 30A St. Patty's Day Parade will kick off at 3 p.m. and spread Irish cheer from Grayton Corners in Grayton Beach to Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach.  At the end, you'll find a pot of gold (no, not really), but you will find an Irish Fest complete with an authentic Celtic Band.

McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin throws a great Irish celebration. O r head to HarborWalk Village for the Irish Street Festival and Grogg March. The fun kicks off at noon with kids' crafts, face painting, stilt walkers, jugglers and fun for the whole family. At 1 p.m., the Emerald Coast Irish Dancers will teach the crowd to dance like the Irish. Later in the day, guests are invited  to the Grogg March, Irish Pub Crawl. Start at Jester's at 4 p.m. to get the schedule of locations participating in the progressive Irish evening.
