Dear Jeanne,
I want to congratulate you for the incredible organization that you have built in Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. My wife and I want to thank you personally for your friendship and help during our Winter Visits to Destin. I really find it incredible that you are able to recruit, train, and retain such wonderful staff, constantly under pressure to be sure that all are treated with respect and courtesy even under the most trying circumstances. As you know we have become close friends with many of your staff. The highlight of our winter stay is renewing our friendships on our arrival, and we miss them greatly when we return home. You and they know who they are, and we ask you to extend our thanks to them.We also ask you to pass our thanks to all your staff without exception, for the charm and grace they extend to all your guests. Your company is a shining example of hospitality that keeps us returning to Destin for as long as we are able. Again, congratulations on your special touch that is the key ingredient of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. We will see you all again next fall!
