Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything about the condominium was wonderful! We can’t say enough good things about it. The owners have done such a wonderful job with the painting and decorating, and we felt like we were at our home away from home for the two weeks that we were there. Everything was convenient and we appreciated the decor and the artwork and the time that someone took to make everything like home.

What a great place to stay

Loved the view! The condo was very nice with everything we needed. Large rooms with beautiful amazing views of the gulf. Will definitely stay here again. The location was excellent also. Our family of 5 had more room than needed.

Beach Views in downtown destin

We have had the best visit! The condo was perfect for us and the beach is gorgeous. Appreciated the referral to Beach Portraits by Design- they came by last night and took our photos. Trey, beach attendant was very helped and so nice everyday! It all has exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Spring Break 201

This was a fantastic property and location. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The condo was clean and well maintained. The pool and surrounding property was great as well. And the beach service was excellent.....the guy setting up the umbrellas/chairs daily was out there when the sun came up! We would stay here again!

4 star. Breathtaking views but beds were so hard it was tough to fall asleep at night and the living room furniture was not comfortable to sit in. Overall our week was awesome. With more comfortable furniture it would have been the best vacation ever.

This was a wonderful condo with great views of the beach! The size was just right for our family of 7 and I'm so glad I chose one with 3 bathrooms LOL. The beach concierge service folks were amazingly attentive and when we had a small issue with needing a new cable tv box, the Newman Dailey staff was super fast in rectifying the situation. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Service

Property was very clean, check-in was easy. A/C worked perfectly! Views and photos are 100% accurate. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and dining. Multiple sets of cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. Beach service is included a definite PLUS.

Weekend vacay

This condo was exactly how it looks in the photos. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans . It was very clean and the view was amazing. We loved the beach service. I will definitely stay here again!

Property was amazing. The condo looked exactly how it is pictured. We had plenty of linens. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Checking in after hours was our only problem. We didn't have the gate code to get in. Over all it was perfect and I can't wait to go back.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Wonderful place great condo only negative was beach service did not accommodate elderly with knee problems n high blood pressure. Even after we shared it with them on Friday (most folks checking out). Talked to lead beach service fellow and he blamed it on his help and never followed up with us and did not seem to try to help us out by moving us closer to stairs.

Ok but not great for the money

The condo was not that clean. There were handprints all over the glass tables and entertainment center and some sort of spit up under the table, on the glass legs, that was very disgusting. The beds were not comfortable and the kitchen accessories were very limited. Also, the coffee pot took come shaped filters. If you are going to use a pot that takes something other than standard that should be relayed ahead of time. Newman Dailey was nice and was able to get us in early , which I was grateful for, but they need to be more carefu withe their cleaning and I would never stay in room 1550 and pay what I paid. We've stayed at Jade East for 3 years and this is not what I've come to expect from these condos.

excellent property

Property was great. The only reason I did not give it five stars was we had problems with the dishwasher and could not get it properly serviced because it was a holiday weekend. They property managers did send a service man on a call, but he could not get parts on the weekend. Otherwise the property was excellent.

Absolutely Perfect!

First time to the Destin area and Jade East was highly recommended by friends. We were not disappointed at all, we absolutely loved the condo, the short walk to the beach, heated pool and hot tub, gated entrance, and an amazing balcony.....just perfect! You will be amazed at the amount of room you have in this condo. We enjoyed the area attractions and wonderful seafood, we'll be back for sure. Thank you Newman Dailey for taking such good care of us.

Two of the bathrooms were torn out completely a couple of years ago and the old tubs removed. They now have beautiful walk-in, glass enclosed showers. Lots of dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in the updated kitchen. Second bedroom offers a view of the bay. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Each has a privacy door which is really nice. Newman-Dailey handles the rentals and Jessica Hill is our outstanding agent. Don't pass this one up if you can get it.

Jade East 1550

We have had the pleasure of staying with Newman Dailey at Jade East for many years. We have rented several of the units in the building. #1550 was redone a couple of years ago. It has an updated kitchen and in two of the bathrooms, the old tubs were taken out and lovely showers with glass enclosures were installed. Fully lined drapes were installed in the living room and master bedroom which keep out the cold in the winter and extreme heat in the summer. This building sits right on the beach and the views are fantastic. The only reason I didn't give this unit a 5 star rating is the couch in the living room is in bad need of replacing and we mentioned it last year and it still hasn't been done. Jessica Hill is our agent and she is outstanding. The maintenance crew in this building is very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning for 2 months again in 2017.

Great place to enjoy a family get together!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were spacious and all of us fit comfortably. The private access to the beach was wonderful. The pool was probably by far the best ammenity. However, I was disappointed with the workout facility. The equipment was very dated, no free weights and the room was very small an dated as well. But overall it was a great experience. I would have rated the rental higher but I unfortunately saw a roach the first night. The trip might have been a disaster if my wife saw the pest.

1550 is a nice unit, however it needs some major upgrades. The love seat has holes in the cushions and is just worn out along with the sofa. The bathroom vanities have the white coating coming off the doors. The master shower had mold inbedded into the grout. The good points for this unit are , there is an ice machine built in, a very useful appliance, there are 6 new dinning room chairs, and all of the mattresses appear to be new and very comfortable. We've elected to rent another unit next year from Newman-Dailey. We can't say enough about Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. They're very accommodating and gracious. We would highly recommend them as a reality co.

This property is very well managed. Newman-Dailey has an office right on site so check in was a breeze. The condo was very well maintained and clean. You can tell that the management company takes pride in their rentals. We loved the amenities that came with the reservation. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and will be returning in the future.

First time to Destin & it won't be our last!

This was our first experience in Destin and we knew we had to be right on the beach since we have really little ones. There were two couples and 4 kids so this place accommodated us well. The kitchen was nice- it had newer appliances. The ease of getting to the beach was incredible and the view of the beach from the condo was even better. When we weren’t at the beach or the pool we sat out on the balcony in the condo.

A piece of paradise in paradise!!!

This was an awesome unit. It was spacious and comfortable. The service at the Jade East is top notch! Check in was seamless and the guys who set up the umbrellas on the beach were friendly and accommodating. It was great to have a gym to get my workout in even while on vacation. I've stayed at other condos and the Jade East has been the best experience I've had by far. It's central location in Destin makes it the perfect place to stay to get to all the fun. I look forward to staying there again next year.

Enjoyed our stay!!! Great family vacation with plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler! Loved this unit...has everything you need and more. Did find several large pins in the floor from trying to keep bed skirts in place. These were found all over the bedroom floors and was a safety hazard for our 15 month old!!!

So much fun!

We had a wonderful time with family and friends during our vacation. My granddaughter (10 yrs.) invited two of her friends so their parents brought them so we had three different condos rented at Jade East. We met the owner of the penthouse and was able to take a tour. It was unavailable the week that we were there. I would like to go back and stay in it someday. Jade East is a very nice place to stay and the water park is across the street. Everyone had a wonderful trip.

Perfect Location, Beautiful OceanView, Wonderful Vacation Condo

Everything was convenient. Great Beach Service. Office Staff Great. The Condo was awesome. My adult Childen were blown away by the space. Teenage grandson loved it. Plenty of space for the younger grandchildren. I loved the space, Well appointed kitchen, including full sized icemaker. Location was great for handling all shopping needs from groceries to gas, and a variety of other needs- banks, postoffice, anything you needed- some within walking distance. What I liked best was the view of the ocean and the space and cleanliness of the condo. The thing I leked least was check out day-I would have liked to have extended my stay.

The most wonderful vacation we ever had in Destin.

The service was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. Everyone of the employees were so nice and helpful.We really liked the home and loved the 15th floor. The nice patio furniture was just wonderful to sit and watch the dolphins. Most of our days were spent at the beach and we plan to come again soon.

The staff was awesome. The service was second to none. All of the necessary documents were waiting on me. Check in literally took 5 minutes. The actual condo was a quality property. We loved the view. I can't wait to stay at the Jade East in Destin, FL again!!!

Ideal setting, ideal accomodations, ideal vacation

We had not been to Destin in a number of years and we were pleasantly surprised with the value and amenities of the rental. We would reccomend this rental to anyone and plan on revisiting Destin in the near future! All in all, it was a secure, well managed property in a fantastic location.
