Beach Getaway

This property is AWESOME!! The entire experience was perfect. The property managers made the entire process so easy..from check-in to check-out. This property is clean, has a very well-stocked kitchen, and is very nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. The property is only steps to the pool and to the beach and is within minutes of numerous attractions. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

Cozy, quiet, and steps from the beach. The umbrella and chair service that came with the unit is an amazing service. The location is less crowded than other areas on the beach with pristine water. This unit has all you need to feel at home with a less modern appeal. Very spacious and sizeable rooms. The master bath is a plus with a separate walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. The balcony offers privacy and great views. The unit is fully furnished with all the amenities to walk right in and start your day.

Wonderful Start to Summer

The views were amazing. The condo was clean and spacious - big enough for 2 families with kiddos (the bunk bed was perfect)! And the location was great. Literally the only thing I would suggest is to leave more items like toilet paper, especially when guests are staying for more than a few days. By the end of the week we were all hoarding TP like it was 2020! Overall it was a great stay. I would absolutely book again. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Beautiful Beachfront Property

We enjoyed our stay at Jade East. Ryan was absolutely amazing and the face of great customer service. I travel a lot but by far this is the best place I’ve stayed thus far. The property location was perfect and access to shopping, eating and attractions. The property was clean and well maintained. I truly see myself staying here again.

July 4 Week

This unit in Jade East towers was very spacious and fit all of us. The pool is nice and being right on the beach is great. The check-in process was pretty easy, we were arriving late and the office called to make sure we knew where to pick up our wristbands. Since we checked in on the 30th we were given the June wristband and was told the next day we had the wrong wristband on. We had to get new ones for July. When we arrived the cable in the 2nd bedroom was not working and the office must have called about it from the previous renters because the cable company called me to ask about it. It took a day and half to fix it. Then the kitchen sink was clogged so we had to call and have someone come fix that (there was a bone the size of my finger stuck in the disposal). Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with so once we got things fixed we had a great time. Newman-Daily worked to make things right so we had a fun vacation. Thank you!

Extremely Satisfied

Destin is my second home. One day I will own property here. But sometimes, taking an actual vacation is more difficult as our lives become busier so being able to relax, in an environment where the stress can be left behind is crucial when picking a place to stay. I'm fortunate to know Ryan Coletta, client and customer relations manager for Newman-Dailey. For months I had been working with and planning our trip to Destin for a special family member and he couldn't have made it more simple and easy. Checking in was a breeze, and the condo was ready ahead of schedule. Clean and colorful, the inside of the condo felt like a paradise. The views were amazing as it was directly on the beach and right over the pool and hot tub. There was not a single issue during our entire stay and everyone says they will be back again. Thanks for making the entire experience one that we could simply relax and enjoy.

This was a family vacation. It was the best vacation. My grandson age 23 said it was his vacation. The condo was very nicely decorated. A beautiful view if the beach. A great pool. We love to go there again.

Need better security!

My family has stayed at the Jade East for several years and this year we had things stolen right outside our front door, and the pool area is supposed to close at 10 PM but there is no security to enforce this. Very loud until the wee hours of the morning because of this!! Also unit 240 needs some sticky adhesive things for the two guest bathrooms, the showers were so slick my kids kept falling down and one of the adults almost fell as well. I would go back to this condo just not on the second floor

Jessica goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Unit 240 has every amenity you could need and then some. This is my 7th winter in 240 and booked again for next year. Newman-Dailey offers coffee parties, free lunch, cocktail parties, discounts on golf and a going away barbeque...for the winter snowbirds. A welcome fruit basket awaits you upon arrival...its your home away from home

Wonderful vacation and condo

This is our 2nd time to stay at Jade East and God willing we will be back next year. My mother in law and one of her dear friends stayed with us and enjoyed the condo more than any other they have stayed at in the past. I was happy with the balacony as it is larger than the one we have in the past and how could anyone not like that master bathroom. Loved everthing about the condo. Great Vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jade East #240. The place is very well laid out. It was our first time renting a condo for a family vacation. The beach service was nice and the pool was very nice. We were a little dissapointed with the cleanliness of our unit. When we first arrived we had to sweep and mop the floors both in and out. The dishes had been put away in the cupboard dirty so we had to deal with that. The ice maker never did work. The gas grills out beside the building were in sorry shape. Those are small things but at the rate charged you shouldn't have that. All in all it didn't slow us down much but I will discuss those possibilities before renting again.

Beautiful high end condo with excellent views and all the comfor

Destin beach was a wonderful location for spring break. We shared this condo with another family and all 9 of us were very comfortable in this condo. We loved the decor, the 3 bathrooms, the high end kitchen appliances and the comfortable living area. We were able to check-in right away upon arrival with no hassles or waiting. We loved the gated enterance which helped us to feel very secure, both at the parking lot and at the beach entrance. The pool was beautiful and well maitained, each morning we would see the pool crew cleaning and preparing for the day. Also, the pool was heated which allowed for comfortable swimming during the day but especially at night when its still chilly out due to the spring evening temps. The ocean water is beautiful and crystal clear. We enjoyed having our beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo as well. All in all a perfect trip, at a perfect location in an awesome condo.

Feels like home

I am a winter snowbird, love my unit, all the amenities of home and more, views of the pool and beach can't be beat, service is great and all personel go the extra mile to ensure you stay is perfect, golf perks are great for Newman Dailey renters...use of the clubhouse on the property is good for get togethers...this was my 7th year at Jade still loving it...

Jade East unit 240 is the best condo and location in Destin. Newman Dailey is the best rental company because the staff will make you feel like family. Debbie Scott at Newman Dailey will make sure that everthing is the best for you and your family along with her co-workers at the main office. Jade East is a gated facility and Newman Daily even has (Jessica) another employee that will take care of your problems and she is located on the Jade East property for easy communication during your stay. If you have a problem with your unit a maintenance technician will be there within 5 minutes, how is that for service. Our hats off to Debbie Scott at Newman Dailey for making us feel like a family member and making sure we had a great vacation!

Fabulous

Our stay was fabulous. The property, staff, location and condo all get an a+ from our entire family. We loved having the ocean right off our balcony and spent many nights there talking or in simple silence. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the beds were all very comfortable and the decor throughout very tasteful. Our only issue was the stand alone ice maker didn't work properly. The staff promptly looked at it and tried to fix it. The response from the staff was immediate when we needed light bulbs in for above the shower. My sisters, niece and nephew came in from Tucson and along with my husband and I our expecations were high though prepared ourselves for the beaches to be closed. Thankfully, the beach was oil free! It was a wonderful vacation all the way around. We will definately be back!

Very nice condo

Condo 240 is very nicely appointed. The only issues I had were problems with the door entry. The staff were very kind and helpful in solving this problem. Only issues with the property were: the kitchen faucet leaks when you turn it on, and the first bowl sink in the master bath was slow - like it was almost stopped up. We also ran out of toilet tissue before we left, and there was no spares in any of the bathrooms. When you pay that much to stay, you don't expect to run out of something as inexpensive as toilet tissue.

BEST VACATION EVER

We, enjoyed our stay we were in unit no.240 The view was fantastic and the unit was very beatiful and well taken care of we will be back and hope to stay in same unit. We also was very well satisified with the amenities . Wish I Was Still There

We went to Destin for Spring Break and spent a great deal of time on Google prior to booking our reservation. The photos were beauiful, but you never know how it looks until you arrive. I can honestly say that I have very high expectations and this unit exceeded my expectations by a mile. From the moment you enter the door, the condo is absolutely beautiful in its decor,choice of upgrades and amazing view of the ocean and pool. The staff was friendly and when it was time to leave, I had wished we could stay another week. If you like the photos, you will fall in love with this condo. I hope to return next year, I sure hope the weather is better as it was pretty cold, but outside of that...was a n awesome trip and I honestly belive I enjoyed it so much because the condo was such a pleasure to stay at. By far the nicest place I have stayed in my many excursions.
