When we arrived there was no electricity in the living room for lights, fan or tv. This was fixed within about 3-4 hours. The toilet in the master bath and middle bath each stopped up a couple of times and we had to mop the floor each time. Plunging each of these became necessary often.

We stayed in room 220 at the Jade East Towers.
I can't say enough nice things about this place. Wonderful views, well stocked kitchen, excellent washer, good dryer---just everything you could ask for.
If we were to go back to Destin I would def. stay in this location. The draw back was the traffic. HORRIBLE traffic to the point that we are looking in Okaloosa for next year.
If you stay in room 220--they even have a waffle iron! It was missing a baking sheet but I'm willing to bet someone must have accidentally taken it.
The guy with the chairs at the beach was a bit rude. The water was wonderful though. The pool was very nice and the maintenance people are always walking around keeping things up. Very helpful crew, except for the beach chair guy.
It was a taste of heaven!

This property was beautifully decorated, well architected, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the priceless view of the beach and the comfort of the condo. Also, the beach was well managed and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We hope to come back next year. This is our 8th summer and our first to stay at this property.

We had a wonderful staying in this beautiful home. We had a large group of family members staying, including a 2 yr old and there was adequate room for everyone.
We've stayed here a number of times in past year. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Destin!
