The complimentary items were a big surprise and awesome! This was by far the best beach vacation we have had. Destin beaches are so beautiful. This condo was so nice and clean. Thanks again. :)

The check in staff was very cheerful and attentive to a request / concern that we had. The unit was roomy and beautifully furnished and decorated. It was nice having a patio / deck with enough space to eat breakfast outside and watch the marinelife. Had a great time grilling dinner on the BBQ grills downstairs.

As a local, we don't have the opportunity to get away to our exquisit beaches as our tourists get to do everyday. We can hardly even see our beautiful beaches anymore. The unit we stayed in at Jade East was just beautiful, very comfortable, homey, modernly updated. And the view...Oh my goodness!! Breathtaking! And Newman-Dailey was awesome, your staff was oh so helpful. I would like to thank them for being so community minded to donate these stays to local charities for auctions and such. It was their generosity that allowed me the opportunity to be able to afford this wonderful gift... A VACATION at home away from home! Which I also got to share with my brother and his family from Atlanta. We had some much needed great quality time together. Thank you so much this is priceless opportunity.

We had a GREAT time during our stay in Destin. We totally enjoyed the beach and the service. However, there were a few issues with unit 1740. There was mildew in the shower (on the tiles and shower head). The shower caddy was rusty. The vertical blinds in the living room and master bedroom were missing slats (which were mysteriously hanging in the closet). However, we really enjoy vacationing in Destin and will definitely rent again at the Jade East Towers.

What a wonderful vacation and great memories at Jade East in Destin, FL. My family and I rented two condo at JE for a week and we loved it!! We had 9 teenagers with us and they had a blast. We can't wait to go back!!

We've stayed at Jade East before, but this property was outstanding and very recently updated. The layout was perfect for our family and the unit had everything we needed. We ate almost every meal out on the balcony so that we could take in the beautiful view and the sound of the waves. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and other marine animals from our balcony everytime we were out! Jade East is quiet and upscale, secure and private, yet convenient. Perfect for our family. The beach was fabulous, too! Never overcrowded!

Our family loves Jade East, and we've stayed in several different condos within the Jade East complex over the past few years.The location is perfect...right in the heart of Destin, close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment...especially for our young adult daughters! We have rented this particular condo. two or three different times because we love the incredible view, the quiet of the condo., and the fact that we can spread out with lots of room. I would highly recommend Jade East to anyone vacationing in Destin...it's the perfect retreat!!!!!

Our third stay in the building - each time a different unit. Excellent
as usual. Newman-Dailey's management is top rate. Can be higher
cost than other buildings in the area but well worth it. Highly
recommended.
